Mary’s Place is an escape from the interruptions of the outside world. An ancient cottage in the traditional Alpujarran style with stone walls, old chestnut and olive beams surrounded by ancient olive trees. Marys Place is completely off-grid , water comes from the high Sierra Nevada and electricity is powered by solar energy. When the sun is shining you can enjoy a dip in the natural swimming pool and in winter you can warm up by the wood burning stove.

- Mary‘s Place is close to the famous white villages, Pampaneira, Bubion and Capiliera. The sea, Salobreña is 45mins away by car.
- Orgiva is the closest town which is 10 mins by car or 40 mins walk. There are also 3 buses from Orgiva to Bayacas which is the closest stop to my house. Alsa.es is the website for buses. Taxi from Orgiva costs about €12
